What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – HR Service Associate

Start Date: November, 2024

Day-to-day tasks will include providing consultation to employees and managers to help solve their HR queries. You will research our wiki-like HR Knowledge Base and communicate via our ticketing system, chat, email and phone. You will also maintain and improve the content of the HR Knowledge Base by collaborating with other teams.

Process improvement, user experience, managing knowledge, learning and development, storytelling and communication, creative design, automation, machine learning, data analytics; no matter your interests, we'll help you build your future path.

Previous HR experience is not required, but you need to:

• Be a current student (f/m) of a university or a university of applied science
• Proficient in oral and written English Communication skills.
• Proficient in oral and written Spanish and Portuguese communication.

• Strive to help others and enjoy working in teams.
