Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology consulting, solutions architecture, practice development, technical design, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security).
- Azure Solution Architect Expert Certification OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology (cloud/AI platform, AI business solutions) Azure Solution OR equivalent experience.• 6+ years technical sales experience.• 6+ years project management experience.• Technical or Professional Certification in Architecture/Azure/Data/DevOps/AI (e.g., Databrick,etc).
Architecture Design & Deployment
- Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-optimized Azure cloud and AI platforms.
- Apply structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative) and reference architectures to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
- Document architecture decisions, requirements, and constraints to ensure clarity and traceability.
- Drive business-value discussions focused on ROI and cost savings.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to govern solution delivery, validate requirements, and manage risks.
- Resolve ambiguity, oversee testing, and adapt plans through change requests and expert input.
- Coordinate technical alignment across teams and address blockers to ensure successful delivery.
- Create and refine intellectual property, identify scalable patterns, and promote reuse across engagements.
- Contribute to internal and external communities to share best practices.
- Build influential relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly, challenge assumptions, and drive consensus.
- Advocate for Microsoft solutions by differentiating them from competitors and guiding adoption.
- Lead virtual teams and share strategic insights across Microsoft.
- Represent Microsoft at industry events and mentor junior colleagues.
- Promote Microsoft’s capabilities through external engagements and deep industry knowledge.
