You will support our customers with high quality through international technical support (mainly remote and by phone) forMR
You will recognize, understand and solve technical malfunctions of MR systems
You will analyze technical defects with the help of the customer, service technician or application specialists on site and master both remote diagnosis and the use of databases
You will carry out the qualified pre-diagnosis and select defined spare parts
Your expertise:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/biomedical technology.
Previous professional experience in the field of technical service/installation of MR systems.
Good English and Italian language knowledge.
Excellent communication skills.
Structured, proactive approach to solving customer problems.
