Key Responsibilities
You proactively engage with customers, using your expertise to build credibility. You lead technical wins for core and adjacent technologies, engaging product teams to address blockers. You support partner sell-with scenarios and deliver competitive knowledge back to product teams.
You provide strategic input at the account level, shaping win plans and tailoring Microsoft messaging. You demonstrate products and services, apply architecture patterns, and coach the team in customer digital transformation.
You drive technical wins for security opportunities, promoting the value of threat protection, Sentinel, and cloud security. You’re a technical expert for Microsoft 365 Defender, Advanced Identity (ENTRA ID), Sentinel, and Cloud Native Application Protection technologies.
You drive proofs of concept, defining success criteria and leveraging partners, CXE & FastTrack teams. You facilitate discussions on architecture and remediate blockers. You leverage programs like POCaaS and partners to increase deal velocity and customer acceptance of MS security solutions.
After deal closure, you support handoff to FastTrack, Customer Success, or Partners to expedite deployment and adoption. You provide training and guidance on technical topics, best practices, and industry standards. You advocate for customers by providing feedback on product/GTM gaps.
