    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND A couple years technology-related sales or account management experience
    • OR equivalent experience
  • English and Italian- fluent
Responsibilities

As a Security Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting security initiatives in your assigned territory. Your main tasks will include:

    • Assisting in the planning and management of security accounts across different regions.
    • Helping to identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as CISOs, to promote the value of Microsoft's security platform.
    • Understanding customer budgets, timelines, and buying processes.
    • Learning about customer cloud and security projects, as well as the competitive landscape, to identify gaps and opportunities.
    • Demonstrating and explaining cloud security solutions and relevant security architecture to customers.
    • Collaborating with a virtual team to deliver value from discovery to demonstrating business benefits.
    • Working with security partners to speed up the sales process and ensure a smooth deployment plan.
    • Performing basic ROI and TCO analysis to build a strong business case for customers.
    • Aiming to exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets and other sales goals.
    • Keeping sales records up to date with accurate forecasting and deal updates in the sales CRM.
