Compliance Learning LMS Administrator
Your role:
- Supports compliance training assignments within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that all mandatory training is accurately assigned and tracked to meet regulatory requirements.
- Creates and maintains standardized roles and curricula for compliance training programs, ensuring consistency and alignment with learning policies and objectives.
- Works under general supervision and established processes, utilizing independent judgment to navigate and adhere to learning policies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
- Provides comprehensive support for learner and manager requests, addressing issues related to training assignments, access issues, progress tracking, and record updates promptly and accurately.
- Develops professional expertise and applies comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to effectively address challenges and opportunities.
- Participates in the efficient operation and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), performing regular system checks, updates, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal functionality.
- Administers the assigned Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance training sessions, ensuring all relevant employees complete their training within the stipulated timeframes.
- Collaborates with local Business Process Owners and Content Owners to accurately configure and assign training requirements, ensuring alignment with learning needs and regulatory standards.
- Generates detailed reports on training compliance and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to track training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of LMS features and compliance training best practices, applying this knowledge to optimize training assignments and system configurations effectively.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, Quality Management or equivalent.
Experience:
- No prior experience required with Bachelor's OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Compliance-Related Tool Administration, Training Administration in a highly regulated industry or equivalent.
Language Skills:
- Japanese - Native level
- English - Business level
