Test eLearning projects for completion and report results

Support end users via email to better understand user experience, issues, and challenges in e-Ticketing

Identify opportunities for process improvement across the board, and implement solutions

Manage, update, or improve Power Automate communications and data solutions

Proficiency with Microsoft office Suite, preferred Power Automate and Excel

Experience with learning management systems preferred

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for supporting training team members and learners

Strong time management, organizational, project planning, and feedback skills
