You will report directly to Sr. Director Sales Excellence Director - BA.In this role, you will impact the sales organization by driving transformativeinitiatives, optimizing sales operations, and elevating the overall salesstrategy. You will have the opportunity to shape and implement best practices,foster innovation, and ensure the highest level of operational efficiencywithin our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:Design, optimize and implement sales processes, methodologies, and tools to drive sales performance and efficiency.Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
Stay updated with industry trends and best practicesin sales excellence
YOU MUST HAVE:
8+ years of transferrable experience in sales, sales excellence or sales operations roles
Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving sales excellence
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in driving sales transformation initiatives
