Partner with senior leaders along with their respective leadership teams on HR matters and planning activities that foster organizational and people effectiveness
Act as a change agent and manage deployment of people initiatives and programs within the dedicated Service Line
Ensure HR processes and operations are being followed
Establish an operational and generalist HR capability to advise on career development and talent management
Align staff to business objectives and support employee development to enhance satisfaction and retention
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
Follow up on HR legal cases and provide with official documents when needed
Be the main contact for career development, advise on career development questions and talent management
Reporting on various HR Metrics including but not limited to: Attrition, Headcount, Exits
Contribute to policy updates
Onboarding:
Ensure successful integration and monitoring of the new joiners
Follow up on trial periods, performance assessment from the employees and take actions when needed
Supervise all administrative related topics for all employees
Follow up with return from long time absence (maternity/parental leaves, long term illness)
Annual Performance Evaluation:
Communicate effectively to employees on the year end evaluation process and KPI
Support employees in managing their performance and driving their career during their career life cycle
Communicate on timeline and actions (including drafting communications/slide decks on various topics)
Document and follow up on feedback
Organize/participate/drive Year End committees on performance evaluation
Required skills and qualifications:
Master degree level or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Economics, Organisational Psychology or similar
You have strong ability skills to build collaborative relationships with internal customer and to influence leadership decisions
Organized and methodical, you demonstrate rigor, discretion, diplomacy, and team spirit
You can take on several subjects at once, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment to anticipate the team's needs in a demanding environment
You have a thorough knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law, HR policies, processes, and regulations
You are open to change, innovative and capable of supporting transformation
You are fully fluent in English. French, German or any other language would be considered as an asset
You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable having challenging conversations while keeping full confidentiality
You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), working experience with SAP HRIS would be considered an asset
