About the Role

At the French Rider LOB, you'll be helping Riders to improve their experience through messaging.

What You Will Do
  • Handle messaging with Uber's Riders
  • Connect what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
  • Troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions.
  • Cross-supporting other teams
What You Will Need
  • Proficiency in French is required!
  • High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
  • Soft-skills to handle interactions with our Riders
  • Outstanding reading comprehension and writing skills. Able to connect what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
  • Experience in a high-volume environment, including service industries, retail, hospitality, or other support environments preferred but not mandatory;
  • Bachelor's degree or college experience is helpful!
