About the Role

In the French Rider Line of Business, you will assist Riders in enhancing their experience via messaging.

What You Will Do

  • Handle messaging with our Riders
  • Connect what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
  • Troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions.
  • Cross-supporting other teams

What You Will Need

  • Proficiency in French and English is required!
  • High proficiency in using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
  • Soft skills to handle interactions with our Riders
  • Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills. Able to connect what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
  • Experience in a high-volume environment, including service industries, retail, hospitality, or other support environments preferred but not mandatory;
  • Bachelor's degree or college experience is preferred but not mandatory
