About the Role
In the French Rider Line of Business, you will assist Riders in enhancing their experience via messaging.
What You Will Do
- Handle messaging with our Riders
- Connect what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
- Troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions.
- Cross-supporting other teams
What You Will Need
- Proficiency in French and English is required!
- High proficiency in using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
- Soft skills to handle interactions with our Riders
- Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills. Able to connect what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
- Experience in a high-volume environment, including service industries, retail, hospitality, or other support environments preferred but not mandatory;
- Bachelor's degree or college experience is preferred but not mandatory
