Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Partner with broader Onboarding products to be able to have visibility on timelines, highlight key dependencies, monitor blockers, and liaise with key stakeholders and functional partners.
  • Prepare and share timely, compelling, fact-based analysis that explain the business “story” behind the product roadmap and delivered features.
  • Be a coach and mentor to the broader Acclimation team on product best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Expertise driving business efficiencies through workflows and automation, preferably with ServiceNow.
  • Experience in analytical reasoning, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives.
  • Team-oriented, actively participating to foster a positive work environment with peers.
  • Ability to deliver results accurately, quickly, and efficiently while adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter who is creative with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
