Job Description

Under the oversight of the COM Lead the person we are looking for will be responsible for budget/finance aspects, for execution and oversight of clinical trial country submissions and approvals. As a COM, you will also contribute to or lead initiatives and projects adding value to the business.

About you

Furthermore, our ideal candidate should:

• Have excellent verbal and written language skills in both Swedish and in English and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple deliverables, protocols and a wide range of people simultaneously
• Have sense of accountability / urgency with ability to set priorities
• Have a proactive attitude to solving problems / proposing solutions
• Have positive mindset, growth mindset, capable of working independently, and being self-driven
• Hold a bachelor’s degree within the fields of Life Science, or equivalent Health Care related experience
• Possess knowledge of budget and contract negotiations, local regulatory environment and submission and approval processes, including understanding of how these impact study start-up
• Ideally the candidate is expected to be in the office in Stockholm several days per week
