Clinical Consultant – Enterprise Informatics

This person will directly report to the EI Professional Services Manager.

You are responsible for:

• Configures or manages the configuration of Philips solutions to accommodate clinical and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment
• Conducts workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions.
• Document workflow analysis and configuration changes
• Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration and new functionality of Philips solutions
• Coaches and educates customers in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions
• Customer engagement, logging ticket and resolving clinical and application issues
• Analyzes the customer’s existing workflow and facilitates proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensures proper testing and documentation
• Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure.
• Hybrid Working Set-up
• Travel to Singapore and other ASEAN countries as needed by the business

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Radiology Technology or the equivalent
• 4 — 8 Years’ Experience in the Clinical Setting preferably in Enterprise Solutions, Radiography, CT, and MRI
• In-depth knowledge and experience in hospital workflow, client and stakeholder management required
• Post-Processing Applications experience would be an advantage
• Clinical CT or MRI Technicians are welcome to apply!
• Experience in building and maintaining strong external and internal relationships is a must
• Excellent organizational skills, written and oral presentation skills with the ability to present to multiple audiences
• Take ownership on Customer Feedback Solutions to focus on good customer relations and brand imaging
