• Supports project implementation and analytics.• Interfaces with project teams in functional or local area.• Responsible for project operational tasks (EG reporting, document management and administrative tasks in relation to daily activities).• Supports monitoring and providing required information related to the progress of service delivery against contractual measures and engagement.• Creates project reports using predefined standard and customised templates and / or macros.• Contributes to project risk management.

Most work carried out according to procedures. Operates within guidelines for non-standard situations. Requires supervision and coaching from SLM or peers. Gathers relevant information to support problem solving and decision making.Obtains and provides information to external or internal parties. Communicates information within the team in an understable way.Sometimes requires ability to influence team members of own job area on policies, practices and proceduresUnderstand facts, practices, policies, etc. to external and internal partiesNo experience required. Basic educational knowledge. Degree or equivalent.
