Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, change management, or a related field, with a focus on building organizational resilience.
Experience with project management organization and managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in a data center/operations/computing infrastructure-related role, and in multi-tiered distributed application environments.
Experience supporting workforce planning and new data center site launches.
Experience with AI tools and how best to utilize custom-AI agents to drive knowledge and skill development in the field.
Experience in developing and implementing operations growth strategies across geographical locations with a focus on measuring impact and driving continuous improvement.
Ability to communicate in English and Finnish fluently.
Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills, with the ability to translate direction into actionable plans.
