Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, change management, or a related field, with a focus on building organizational resilience.
- Experience with project management organization and managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a data center/operations/computing infrastructure-related role, and in multi-tiered distributed application environments.
- Experience supporting workforce planning and new data center site launches.
- Experience with AI tools and how best to utilize custom-AI agents to drive knowledge and skill development in the field.
- Experience in developing and implementing operations growth strategies across geographical locations with a focus on measuring impact and driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to communicate in English and Finnish fluently.
- Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills, with the ability to translate direction into actionable plans.
