Your Day to Day:

  • Aid in the development and growth of PayPal Ads engineering and technology strategy.

  • Lead and manage engineering and tech teams within the PayPal Ads division.

  • Develop and execute initiatives and drive business goals.

  • Drive Integration into PayPal applications.

  • Oversee the design, development, implementation and deployment of all ad technologies and solutions.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Product, Engineering) to implement technology-driven projects and campaigns.

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field.Advanced degree

  • Deep understanding of the advertiser, agencies, and advertiser branding and performance needs.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technology concepts effectively.
