3-8 years of proven experience in recruiting/sales, with a preference for specialization in Sales or GTM recruiting.
Experience hiring Account Executives within the SaaS industry is highly valued.
Proven track record of success in owning a full desk, handling end-to-end recruiting processes from sourcing to onboarding.
Strong understanding of sales roles and responsibilities, including familiarity with sales methodologies and terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Proficiency in utilizing recruiting tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems and job boards, to identify and attract top talent. (Green House and Workday a plus!)
