QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-8 years of proven experience in recruiting/sales, with a preference for specialization in Sales or GTM recruiting.
  • Experience hiring Account Executives within the SaaS industry is highly valued.
  • Proven track record of success in owning a full desk, handling end-to-end recruiting processes from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and responsibilities, including familiarity with sales methodologies and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruiting tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems and job boards, to identify and attract top talent. (Green House and Workday a plus!)
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement in recruiting processes and outcomes.
