What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, including market insights, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendations, negotiation, and acceptance.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring teams to ensure participation and collaboration through the recruiting process for individual requisitions (e.g. hiring strategy meetings, kick-off meetings, sourcing sessions, panel alignment).
- #Trip Obsessed: Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience with proactive communication and engagement throughout the recruiting process.
- Proactively assesse recruitment performance (e.g.offers report, time in stage, conversion rates) and generate insights and trends for future hiring.
- Partner internally: We have an outstanding ‘People & Places’ team at Uber. You'll collaborate with Compensation, DEI, Benefits, HR, and Mobility specialists to deliver results.
- Understand candidates' skill sets and how they tie into the broader team, along with Uber’s goals.
