What You'll Do:
- Deliver end to end TM and SS activities relating to Taiwan customers.
- Review documentation and case as a whole using Uber tools and external sources,
- Review information related to Partner’s identity, payment details, and other relevant information to on profile and to complete.
- Resolve escalations by liaising with Uber stakeholders and completing enhanced processing of Partners based on additional input.
- Support Partner's remediation process in collaboration with internal stakeholders, provide necessary insights and monitor progress.
- Identify processes and tools improvement opportunities.
The Experience You'll Bring:
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong verbal and written English and Mandarin skills.
- Experience in handling documentation.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to spot missing data from a mile away.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the compliance domain.
- Prior experience in an AML/CFT role(s) is an asset but not a requirement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand, assess and improve complex processes.
