In Your Day-to-Day You Will:
Leverage your experience and connections in media agencies to exceed revenue targets.
Prospecting to your book of business, pitching for successful close.
Work well cross-functionally with AdOps, Sales, Marketing and other important teams.
Advise agencies and clients on campaign set up best practice and strategies to deliver best possible performance of their campaigns.
Generate a pipeline across key agency holding groups and independent agencies and major in house client activation teams.
Identify opportunities for longer term investment deals with agencies and clients ultimately developing agency JBP’s.
Build effective and long-lasting relationships with agency and client investment, activation, strategy and measurement leads.
What You Need to Succeed
Digital advertising sales, programmatic sales, agency sales with 8+ years of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Expertise in programmatic supply chain and technology. DSP’s, SSP’s, Inventory selection, audience targeting, tracking and measurement.
Ability to identify growth blockers, performance improvement requirements and work across PayPal Ads teams to request product changes and enhancements when required.
Ability work with PayPal Ads product managers and finance to gain agreement for innovative growth driving commercial proposals.
Growing business by developing long-term strategic partnerships with key agencies.
Leveraging CRM tools to create and manage a pipeline that is consistently updated and accurate.
Data-driven selling, and you’re comfortable with business and media performance metrics.
Influencing decisions up and across an organization through excellent listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
