Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business trends.
  • Identify issues and recommend best practices to improve processes.
  • Partner with various teams to analyze and understand business trends.
  • Contribute to business or process improvements within the function.
  • Develop strategies to enhance product sales and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

In Your Day-to-Day You Will:

  • Leverage your experience and sales connections with client marketing team and in house media buying team to exceed revenue targets.

  • Prospect your book of business, pitching for successful close.

  • Generate a pipeline across key advertisers and major in house client activation teams.

  • Work well cross-functionally with AdOps, Sales, Marketing and other important PayPal Ads teams.

  • Work closely with PayPal Payments Account Managers to leverage their contacts and understand their needs so PayPal Ads can help grow and enhance PayPal’s payments integrations with key merchants.

  • Advise clients on campaign set up best practice, inventory, audience, optimization, and measurement strategies to deliver best possible performance of their campaigns.

  • Identify opportunities for longer term investment deals with and clients ultimately developing integrated JBP’s.

  • Build effective and long-lasting relationships with key ads stakeholders within client orgs: media leads, investment, activation, strategy and data and measurement.

What you Need to Succeed

  • Digital advertising sales, programmatic sales, agency sales with 8+ years of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

  • Expertise in programmatic supply chain and technology. DSP’s, SSP’s, Inventory selection, audience targeting, tracking and measurement

  • Ability to identify growth blockers, performance improvement requirements and work across PayPal Ads teams to request product changes and enhancements when required

  • Ability work with PayPal Ads product managers and finance to gain agreement for innovative growth driving commercial proposals.

  • Growing business by developing long-term strategic partnerships with key agencies.

  • Leveraging CRM tools to create and manage a pipeline that is consistently updated and accurate.

  • Data-driven selling, and you’re comfortable with business and media performance metrics.

  • Influencing decisions up and across an organization through excellent listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
