Role Description
The main responsibilities for the role are:
- Providing customer support, verifying customer information, preparing estimates, following up with customers and proactively look for opportunities to sell more parts.
- Regarding T&M and RQ: - ordering, receiving and coordinating all materials for the T&M and RQ
- Proposing new opportunities & initiatives to drive additional SPOT revenue for Honeywell
- Tracking all opportunities and having a clear understanding of the win rate for T&M and RQ.
Qualifications/Skills
- Post-Secondary education in a technical discipline related to Security, HVAC/Mechanical or Building Automation Systems.
- Significant experience in a related industry in a Service capacity
- Good written and oral communication
- Motivated individuals that are driven to go above & beyond
- Previous technical/installation experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes
- Bachelor degree or technical/professional certificate
- Good presentation skills
