JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Description

The main responsibilities for the role are:

  • Providing customer support, verifying customer information, preparing estimates, following up with customers and proactively look for opportunities to sell more parts.
  • Regarding T&M and RQ: - ordering, receiving and coordinating all materials for the T&M and RQ
  • Proposing new opportunities & initiatives to drive additional SPOT revenue for Honeywell
  • Tracking all opportunities and having a clear understanding of the win rate for T&M and RQ.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Post-Secondary education in a technical discipline related to Security, HVAC/Mechanical or Building Automation Systems.
  • Significant experience in a related industry in a Service capacity
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Motivated individuals that are driven to go above & beyond
  • Previous technical/installation experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes
  • Bachelor degree or technical/professional certificate
  • Good presentation skills
