Your responsibilities:
- Receive requests from the field service team and Sales professionals to provide quotes.
- Create estimates and bids
- Propose new opportunities, provide customer support, verify customer information, do customer follow-up, and proactively search for opportunities to sell more SPOT and generate more Revenue.
- Follow-up of all open RQ where we wait for customer approval, obtaining purchase orders, and ensuring proper documentation
- Keep track of all the opportunities and have a clear understanding of the success rate for RQ.
Must have:
- Significant experience in a related industry in a service-oriented role.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Motivated individual who is driven to go above and beyond.
- Previous technical/installation experience.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Ability to follow instructions and identify errors.
- Completed training at post-secondary level in a technical discipline related to security, HVAC/mechanics systems
- Bachelor’s degree or technical/professional certificate.
