Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitationKey job responsibilities- Serving as a primary contact point for both internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, software developers, vendors, and contractors.
- Carrying out routine network, server hardware, and operating system repairs to contribute to the overall availability of AWS services.
- Performing on-call duties and participating in scheduled maintenance and change management activities.
- Contributing to documentation and process improvement initiatives based on your analysis of operational issues.

As a Data Center Technician professional, you have industry-leading technical abilities and demonstrate a breadth of knowledge while you:Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, escalating issues to senior technicians and management as required.

- A technical degree or 2+ years of professional or military experience in an IT related field.
- 2+ years of experience with Networking, or Computer hardware
- 2+ years of experience with Storage Devices.
- Data Center Operations experience (racking & stacking devices, cable management, hot & cold aisle containment knowledge).
- Experience in participating in on-call rotations, and providing after-hours support in an environment that operates 24/7.
- Experience with troubleshooting server devices and understanding key functions of internal outer components.
- Understanding of file systems and Operating systems such as Linux, Windows, MAC.
- Experience with storage devices
