About You:
About the Role:
Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Triaging emergent data center issues using a ticketing system.
- Troubleshooting & configuring network and server hardware.
- Leading network & server scaling projects to expand AWS Edge data center infrastructure.- Resolving data center facility issues.
- Performing site audits to ensure safety and quality meets standards.- Producing reports to management on metrics and project status.

- 2+ years of Server Hardware, including troubleshooting and repair skills.
- 1+ years of Computer Networking experience.
- 1+ years of experience with Storage Devices.

- Understanding of file systems and Operating systems such as Linux, Windows, MAC.
- Understanding of scripting languages.
- Previous experience working in a Data Center environment (racking & stacking gear, cable management, hot & cold aisle containment)
- Good understanding of Linux or similar Operating Systems, network design, protocols and troubleshooting.
- Experience with storage devices.
