General Purpose
As a Manager Digital Commerce at adidas you are responsible for the planning, execution & analysis of seasonal digital commerce initiatives for BU Outdoor. Your task is to manage the successful creation, execution & analysis of digital plans to win in both,.com and wholesale. . You will partner with major stakeholders in the BU, markets and external Stakeholders, as well as Digital and Account Managers to deliver/ implement & review digital plans across all digital consumer touch points. Primary focus will be Data Driven Analytics in order to improve decision making & setting a digital foundation for commercial success in line with BU objectives and the SBP.
Responsible for optimizing and connecting all digital touchpoints to create a seamless & consistent consumer journey.
- Improve Consumer Journey on adidas.com
- Analyse consumer journeys on adidas.com in order to drive improvement projects related to conversion rate, bounce rate or engagement improvements.
- Connect with all relevant stakeholders (Digital Marketing, Analytics, Merchandising, Markets, , Consumer Insights) in order to drive and scope relevant tools & actions to win important commercial opportunities (e.g. search, traffic, segmentation, content, product packages).
- Drive seasonal product tagging & filter proposal for adidas.com with the goal of presenting Outdoor products in the best consumer facing way
- Own adidas.com data changes (wrong information/data on website) in order to improve sell-out of adidas Outdoor products
- & product insights to key account teams (Zalando, Otto, AboutYou, Bergzeit, Bergfreunde…)
- adidas.com business planning and reporting
- Own regular channel reporting including IBP tracking, seasonal reporting, business reviews and campaign reporting.
- Own adidas.com product, consumer and ratings & review reporting and lead initiatives to improve consumer sentiment.
- Collaborate with Digital Analytics, Consumer Insights, Merchandising and markets to create holistic business performance report on monthly basis
- Support the Outdoor strategy planning with data led insights and recommendations.
- Proactively propose business opportunities & improvement fields powered by data.
- Win Digital Partner Commerce (DPC/Wholesale.com)
- Create account, product & consumer reports related to wholesale.com data (share of page 1, article rank, key business opportunities, stock outs & ratings and reviews)
- Contribute to sell-in success of important digital key accounts by providing digital consumer

Requirements
- Education & Professional Experience
- Degree with focus on Business Administration, IT, Data Science or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of experience working within an eCommerce environment
- Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various seniority levels
- Experience in managing the implementation/running of campaign delivery.
- Experience/involvement in working in and understanding of the adidas Brand Marketing organization is a plus

- In depth knowledge of technical and creative aspects of digital and mobile

- In-depth understanding of digital IT products and capabilities
- Fluent in English both verbally and written
