Role Expectations

As a Product Designer, you’ll combine your craft expertise with an understanding of our customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions to complex problems.Here are some of the expected competencies for this role:

Present work to diverse audiences using a human-centered approach, incorporating meaningful evidence and effectively articulating decisions

Basic Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a Product Design role

• At least 2 years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with an established design system

• Experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners

• Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces

McLean, VA: $109,000 - $124,400 for Sr. Associate, Design Richmond, VA: $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Associate, Design San Francisco, CA: $118,900 - $135,700 for Sr. Associate, DesignThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
