Support assessment of current customer solutions from SAP and potential areas of opportunity for faster solution adoption & consumption and footprint expansion
Support development of initial Technical Point of View for customer initiatives
Engage with customers throughout the customer value lifecycle journey, be an integral member of the SAP account team
Drive business and IT architecture definition to ensure the consistency, communication, and cooperation with SAP organizations, customer and partners
Evaluation of requirements and design of business, data, application, cybersecurity and technical architecture domains, according to customer needs
Provide linkage to SAP product development leadership
Lead/support the target architecture & customer roadmap development and maintaining alignment with SAP solutions Consult customers for the better solution adoption & consumption strategy by cooperating with provisioning and implementation partners
Business Development Responsibilities: Create leads based on deep knowledge of customers’ architectural landscape and SAP reference architectures Develop personal relationship with customers’ main buyers/stakeholders to be recognized as trusted advisor in all phases in the customer lifecycle
Solution/Industry Readiness Responsibilities: Apply SAP portfolio of solution knowledge and SAP-reference-architecture to formulate a customer to be architecture and adoption roadmap Define cloud native architecture aligned with hyperscale’s strategy
Leverage and maintain the customer reference repositories for internal best practice sharing
Formulate compelling story to articulate business and IT benefits from SAP for business and IT customer’ decision makers
