Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of specialists, including instructional designers, content writers, and multimedia specialists.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and align on strategic goals.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for automation and tool enhancements to improve team productivity.
• Identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and drive initiatives to enhance team performance.

Content Planning and Execution:

• Develop and maintain content plans and roadmaps, ensuring CX and Elementor goals and objectives are aligned.
• Manage content development sprints and roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality educational materials.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.

• At least 2+ years experience in managing a team.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies relevant to education, LMS platforms, and authoring tools.- Must
• Experience in creating video-based courses- Must
• Strong understanding of educational design principles, agile practices, and sprint planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address complex challenges.
• Hands-on experience in the technical implementation of educational tools and processes, showcasing proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance team efficiency and educational outcomes.
