Your Role and Responsibilities
- Write and edit copy for different digital environments with a focus on email
- Collaborate with the Product Manager, Content Manager, and cross-functional teams to ensure copy is clear, impactful, and meets both user and business needs
- Work with internal teams and participate in all stages of the creative process, from brainstorming to concept development to providing final deliverables
- Write fresh, creative email copy that engages the desired audience and drives conversion
- Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and IBM brand voice
- Stay ahead of emerging marketing trends
- Own your business area, completing your projects on time with a high degree of autonomy and attention to detail
- Be a proactive communicator with a positive attitude
- Receive and implement feedback effectively
- Embrace the tone and personality of the IBM brand and bring it to life in new, exciting ways

This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3-5 years of marketing or copywriting experience with an emphasis on product marketing
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in English, Journalism, Creative Writing or Advertising
- Previous experience in creative copywriting for marketing campaigns a plus
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to write for different brands and channels
- Bilingual preferred (must speak, read, write fluent English)
- Well-rounded writing background including email, video, web, and digital
- Self-editing ability to fine-tune impactful copy in as few words as possible
- Familiarity simplifying complex terms or ideas into casual, everyday language
- Ability to receive feedback and use it constructively
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm for software, AI, and tech
