Provide general support to employees as needed, ensuring a smooth and positive workplace experience.
Full ownership of all aspects related to day-to-day office operations and budget.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve office operations, processes, and the overall workplace environment.
Choose and manage vendors and service providers, handle contracts and price negotiations.
Manage operational aspects of onboarding and offboarding employees including office setup, swag, and compliance processes.
Work closely with the Employee Experience Lead to execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and office culture, including happy hours, company gifts and anniversaries.
Requirements:
+2 years of proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role experience in a Startup\Hi-Tech industry
Energetic, Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a dynamic workplace
Experience working with relevant software tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Bob, and other workplace management systems)
Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
