Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support to employees as needed, ensuring a smooth and positive workplace experience.
  • Full ownership of all aspects related to day-to-day office operations and budget.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve office operations, processes, and the overall workplace environment.
  • Choose and manage vendors and service providers, handle contracts and price negotiations.
  • Manage operational aspects of onboarding and offboarding employees including office setup, swag, and compliance processes.
  • Work closely with the Employee Experience Lead to execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and office culture, including happy hours, company gifts and anniversaries.

Requirements:

  • +2 years of proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role experience in a Startup\Hi-Tech industry
  • Energetic, Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a dynamic workplace
  • Experience working with relevant software tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Bob, and other workplace management systems)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
  • Passionate about creating a positive and supportive workplace experience
