As an AWM Business Resiliency Incident & Crisis Management, Vice President, you will oversee the incident management program, feedback to enhance testing/simulation capabilities, manage disruption events and work on high-impact strategic initiatives with senior leadership visibility.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily incident management, including command center coverage, status calls and business communications
- Support crisis management efforts, including after-action reviews, any follow-ups and opportunities for improvement. Coordinate follow-the-sun crisis coverage model
- Support high-impact strategic initiatives to drive innovation within the team (e.g., AI/LLM)
- Maintain standards, procedures, job aids, and other documentation needs
- Develop presentations, prepare reports and metrics, support governance needs
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business resiliency, crisis/incident management or related field
- Problem solving, project management skills and a strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Strong presentation skills and ability to step into leadership role when needed
- Ability to conduct threat assessments, hazard identification, and risk mitigation
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing priorities
- As real-life disruptions can occur at any time, we require some flexibility in work hours, as needed
