Your key responsibilities

  • Newsletter creation, including topic preparation (TQ, FAQ), wording, and formatting.
  • Monitoring and analyzing global product alerts related to the German market, ensuring timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Coordination of participant enrollment and management of learning materials for training sessions.
  • Collaboration with trainers to schedule sessions, coordinate logistics, and provide administrative support.
  • Maintenance and updating of training guides and materials to reflect current content and best practices.
  • Management of participant data, ensuring secure access to training materials.
  • Follow-up with participants post-training, sending relevant materials, and collecting feedback.
  • Adjustment of guidance according to specification, collaborating with subject matter experts for content inclusion.
  • Formatting guidance to enhance readability and user-friendliness.
  • Overseeing the publishing process to ensure timely release of updated guidance.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for Championchat, managing discussions, and publishing announcements.
  • Collaborating with support teams to effectively address user queries.
  • Manage Shared Mailbox Project Team: redistribute incoming emails to designated team members, ensuring prompt attention and response

Skills and attributes for success

  • You are detail oriented and eager to analyse and solve process cases.
  • You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality is one of your strong side.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in similar role
  • You are fluent in German language (written and oral)
  • You have a good English knowledge (written and oral)
  • You possess a good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Self-educate and seek additional knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines
  • Strong communication and partnering skills with people of all levels of the firm
