Your key responsibilities
- You work closely with our audit executives, audit teams and various internal departments and stakeholders
- You are the main point of contact with regards to administrative engagement management tasks
- You will be advising and supporting managers on all engagement related administrative tasks and ensure project progress from the beginning to the end of the project
- You drive the engagement controlling process (including planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting)
- You are responsible for the quality assurance of the data entry, budgeting and reforecasting of the engagements

- Experience in project- and process management with a variety of stakeholders is a benefit
- You have energy, enthusiasm and the courage to lead tasks and projects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong solution-oriented mindset
- Written and spoken English, German or French would be considered an additional benefit
