Minimum Qualifications
  • Any level of project leadership or management experience
  • Experience with Apple platforms - including a general understanding of the design paradigms, general technologies & capabilities available.
  • Understanding of ML fundamentals
  • Communication across diverse skill sets and an ability to communicate effectively with designers, engineers, and executives
  • Experience moving an idea or concept from ideation through prototyping to decision making, even if not in a leadership role
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of leadership or management experience, including growing teams with diverse skill sets.
  • Any deeper experience in Apple platform technologies, experience with cutting edge language or vision ML technologies, or a design background. We understand you may not have depth in all these areas, so extra knowledge in any of them would be great!
  • Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent skills and work experience
  • This role requires a diverse skillset and leading a team to create innovative products. A background in software engineering fundamentals would be ideal, but if you can show a creative vision for the future of our products, we’d love to talk to you.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $208,300 and $313,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
