How you’ll spend your day
  • Build and maintain progressive human resources practices possessing the business insight necessary to influence the company’s performance and business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to establish a tone for performance and continuous improvement within the Business Units. Ensures HR programs are aligned to leverage diversity, motivate employee engagement, and reward performance.
  • Develop and implement an integrated people strategy for the business unit, encompassing organizational design, leadership and talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, development, and retention.
  • Coach leaders to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes.
  • Collaborate across the HR network and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions
  • Coach leaders to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes
  • Partner with business leaders to grow diverse leadership, talent and organizational capabilities
Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required. Master’s Degree Preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a senior HR professional within a progressive HR environment
  • Proven experience in all areas of HR with a strong focus on employee engagement, talent management, organizational effectiveness, recruitment and organizational development
  • Experience managing and/or leading culture and change management or organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Proven track record leading organizational effectiveness programs to drive business transformation
  • Team player and enterprise thinker
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to identify and lead continuous improvement efforts in HR
  • Ability to influence in a matrix environment
