Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years of integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, field marketing, marketing operations, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of integrated/channel marketing experience in the Business-to-Business technology sector

  • Passion for customers and experience nurturing customer relationships at scale through best-in-industry digital marketing techniques
  • Cross-functional project team leader with the ability to educate and influence with high levels of ambiguity and within tight deadlines
  • Experience managing cross-organization project teams and creating clarity and alignment across matrixed marketing organizations with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, while maintaining great attention to detail and action-orientation
  • Results-focused with a deep sense of accountability and experience leading large projects from start to finish
  • Experience developing trusted relationships with a diverse range of partners and commitment to inclusive working practices

Responsibilities
  • Develop a holistic and proactive marketing moments calendar
  • Drive clarity on the creative brief and ensure continued alignment throughout the process​​
  • Curate an integrated customer journey rooted on deep business/product marketing goals understanding
  • Deliver an integrated outbound marketing plan aligned to business goals through marketing storytelling​​
  • Partner across the organization to build a cross-channel strategy and measurement plan for consistent storytelling and channel execution plans inclusive of marketing channels, paid media, PR, social, web, and others​​
  • Co-create, facilitate, and orchestrate consistent storytelling for maximum impact with the target audience and partner with creative teams to execute on time and on budget
  • Partner with channels to identify measurable launch goals and deliver insights led reporting and learnings
  • Identify and gather budget commitments, and align goals across divisional teams
