Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business, Economics or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a customer-facing role in a large consulting firm and/or in the industry. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business, Economics or a related field and 4 years of related work experience in a customer-facing role in a large consulting firm and/or in the industry.Must have 4 years of experience in at least one of the following robotic automation tools, and at least 2 years of experience in a different one of the following robotic automation tools:
- Blue Prism
- Automation Anywhere
- Pega Robotics
- UiPath
- Microsoft Power Platform.Must have 3 years of experience in a combination involving at least two of the following areas:
- Implementation using Agile methodologies or automation tool-specific methodologies
- Process modeling
- Opportunity assessment
- Operating model improvement including center of excellence and/or
- Liaising between client leadership and developer teams.Must have 1 year of experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Windows, mainframe and/or browser-based platforms
- Data integration processes
- Relational databases and/or web services
- Process and tools performance and/or scalability assessment
- Data and information security
- SQL development and/or administration.Must have 1 year of hands-on experience in at least one of the following programming tools/languages:
- Web development (HTML, XML, JavaScript, PHP, Perl, and/or similar)
- .Net
- VB
- Java
- Python.Must have 2 years of experience in supervising a team of professionals.Must have 2 years of experience in communicating with clients, liaising with business stakeholders, participating in business development including describing solutions and products, and presenting points of view.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
