Key responsibilities:
Serve as an interface with a business unit or functional area such as Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service and Finance for the purpose of business technology alignment, solution discovery, service management, project portfolio management and relationship management.
Evangelize and promote awareness of RPA and Intelligent Automation technology and solutions enterprise wide
Collaborate with IT and Business teams to develop high-quality content for Automation newsletters, website, education presentations and executive presentations.
Work closely with technology teams to understand Intelligent Automation features and benefits
Collaborate with IT and business units to understand strategic goals and objectives, and identify areas where automation solutions can help meet productivity goals
Build and maintain relationships with IT and business stakeholders
Analyze business requirements and derive business case by determining value savings and benefits
Ability to understand, document and articulate end to end business processes
Prepare for and facilitate Automation Council Meetings, secure funding, track budgets, and develop and track KPIs
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Knowledge of RPA technology, UI path and/or other automation platforms
Functional Knowledge:
Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
Business Expertise:
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
