Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes and workflows to determine automation potential and feasibility.
• Gather and document business requirements, process maps, and use cases for automation projects.
• Work closely with automation developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Assist in the development and testing of automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver desired outcomes.
• Keep stakeholders updated on their respective demands during the automation life cycle
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on newly implemented automation solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions to ensure they continue to meet business needs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and automation solutions.
• Ensure that all required signoffs are obtained on time as per the project plan
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process automation to continuously improve the CoE’s capabilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Three or more years of experience working in automation or continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members
• Strong understanding of BPMN (or equivalent) process mapping notation
• Proven analytical abilities including root-cause-analysis capabilities
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports
• Comprehensive understanding of E2E processes in Global Business Services
• Basic understanding of automation tools such as UiPathand MSPowerPlatformsis a plus.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science or business administration or management
• Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role
• Working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, and process mapping tools
• Familiarity with process automation concepts and technologies is desirable
• Familiar with the Agile project management approach
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and user testing
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
