Your key responsibilities

As the Receptionist and first point of contact for the firm, you have a dynamic role on our client experience floor, providing outstanding support through agility in ownership. You will be welcoming our visitors as an EY ambassador, promoting our core values, reputation and brand. As part of the Workplace Services Group, you’ll also work closely with our hospitality team to ensure all meetings, events and operations run smoothly.

It is important to note that this role has a requirement to always work onsite in the office. In this role, your priorities will be:

  • Providing an exceptional experience for clients and guests
  • Supporting our client floor functions as part of a dynamic client concierge team
  • Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling office access
  • Ensuring reception area is client ready
  • Adjusting schedule, if needed

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Excellent client service experience
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening
  • Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Reception experience
  • Professional services firm experience
  • Post-secondary education

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $40 000 to $60 000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
