We’re seeking a to strengthen and streamline our product and development operations. In this role, you’ll focus on optimizing workflows, driving cross-team communication, and ensuring product initiatives are executed effectively. This position calls for someone with strong analytical skills, organization, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Processes: Define and enhance workflows to increase efficiency and impact across product and development teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central contact for product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success, helping teams stay aligned on product initiatives.
- Project Management: Drive product launches, updates, and feature releases by overseeing timelines, resources, and dependencies.
- Documentation and Reporting: Establish and maintain product documentation, including roadmaps and feature requests, and track progress on key performance metrics.
- Budget Oversight: Manage budgeting for the product department, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
- Lead Initiatives: Take ownership of key projects across product and R&D to keep efforts focused and aligned with strategic goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in product operations, project management, or a related role, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools.
- Clear and effective communication, with experience working across teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Ability to stay organized and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
