Support various squads in their planning processes, making sure future plans align with organizational goals
Help choose and support relevant tools and processes for automation and best practices
At least 5 years of experience in product management, operations, or a related role
Exceptional people skills and a surplus of empathy
Proven experience creating and enforcing processes to achieve deliverable outcomes with speed and excellence
Stellar verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong project management skills with experience using task and project management tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while managing multiple priorities
Ability to travel to our US offices once a quarter
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
