Operations Manager
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery,develop project plans, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare and present project status reports to the CTO and senior management.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to support the CTO's strategic initiatives.
- Implement and optimize processes to improve operational efficiency within the CTO Office.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, liaising between the CTO Office and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology or IT environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working in a cloud security or technology company.
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics).
