Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 2+ years of experience with cybersecurity and/or security operations.

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's DegreeAND6+years experiencein engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
    • 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 2+ years of experience with network, identity, or identity technologies, and digital forensics and threat hunting, and threat intelligence and/or managed security services
  • Strong technical program management and organizational skills including an ability to manage multiple ongoing engagements
  • Ability to work across multiple organizations, to identify and execute solutions
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Security Clearance.

Responsibilities
  • Program management of multiple simultaneous engagements, delivering status reports to managers, coordinating customer and team resources needed to respond
  • Support of customer and internal needs (both pre- and post-onsite deployment), clearly communicating objectives and guidance to stakeholders
  • Provide comprehensive project summaries for process improvement, post incident reporting, and ensuring that feedback and data collected for each escalation or incident
  • Produce repeatable processes and instruct teams on these processes
  • Support logistics, triage, and prioritization of feature requests for the development group
  • Accountable for the quality of own work; to be delivered within agreed procedures and timeframes and focused on internal and/or external customer needs
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of the security tools and processes used by Microsoft in order to thoroughly answer customer concerns
  • Additional operational assistance with the needs of a growing business, including new offering development, internal rhythm of business communications, and field training.
  • Work independently and effectively, and manage through ambiguity
