Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 2+ years experience big data technologies and principles including data architecture, modeling, design, data acquisition, and data delivery methodologies.
• Experience in big data architectures and principles including distributed data mesh concepts, modeling/schema design, data lakes, metadata, lineage, acquisition, and broad consumption patterns.
• Experience in data analysis and manipulation tools like SQL / Python

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
• Experience working cross functionally to ensure end-to-end functional requirements and technical implementation considerations are understood and accepted.
• Familiarity with Adobe suite of products for data analytics.

• Contribute to the end-to-end data architecture and data modeling for the GMEE Data Platform to create leverage through connected data capabilities
• Own the data capability roadmap for Web initiatives, engaging stakeholders across the organization and prioritizing areas of investment
• Define technical data requirements based on business specifications and run initial data discovery, analysis and conceptual modelling
• Coordinate with cross-domain data owners to integrate, leverage and enable access to data and ensure data handling and security requirements are understood and met
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, System Architects, Platform Engineers and Program Managers to implement successful solutions.
• Create data quality and monitoring models for key end to end data flows to ensure data reliability and issue visibility and responsiveness.
• Influence and negotiate with partner stakeholders for cross-team dependencies impacting roadmaps
